How do I merge data in the same workbook?

I need to link data on two different worksheets in the same workbook. I need
to add LetterNo which is connected to specific CommentSource. Both sheets
have CommentSource (not in same order). How can I merge the LetterNo into
the main sheet without having to type everything individually?
 
You may take a look at the help for the VLOOKUP function, it may the most
adecuate for this.

how can i merge the data of 15 different worksheets into single sheet
in the same workbook data is almost of 5000 rows in each workbook.
