I am a new user. I am using version 2003. How do I mark certain contacts so
that I can filter them for printing or merging with that particular
situation. For example, I have a full list of contacts. Some of the
contacts have certain investments than others. If I somehow mark each
contact stating which investment they have, can I filter with only those
particular contacts that have that particular investment? Can I somehow mark
the contact within the detailed info to pull up when specificing contacts
with that specific infor? And how and where do I do it?
Thanks

You'd be best off using Categories for this purpose. Each item can have
multiple categories assigned to it, and you can group and sub-group by
category as well as filter by category, as well as print or merge from just
the selected category or categories. For more information, see
