Thanks Bruce, one more thing I guess I would need to perform that delete both drives from the C drive which is on the second hard drive outside of the drives I am about to delete? Are there details or prompt in that disk management tool to get me through the process? Thanks.

1) Right-click My Computer > Manage > Disk Management. Delete the
two partitions on the secondary drive and create/format a single large
partition in their place. This method is, obviously,
data-destructive, so backup any crucial data before starting.
2) Download or purchase a 3rd-party partition management utility that
has the capability to merge partitions non-destructively. Candidates
include, but are not limited to, BootItNG, Partition-It, or Partition
Magic.
