How do I make the whole systray show up

I don't have much on the bottom toolbar but the systray is always
hidden except for two icons. I have plenty of room and I want the
whole systray to show up. Is there any way to do that???

right-click on Taskbar, Properties, uncheck 'Hide inactive icons' box, press
OK
