How do I make the printing larger/bigger in start box, bookmark,etc in
winXP

Open Display Properties, Settings tab, Advanced button, Increase the DPI
Setting. This might cause the text some information boxes to overrun,
so all text won't be seen.
 
I think this is what you're looking for. To change how things appear on
screen, go to Control Panel > Display >Appearance tab >Advanced button (in
l-r). In second box this gets, is what you want there ? if so click on it;
this gets all the available changes for that particular item (font size and
color, background color, etc). If it's greyed out, it can't be changed.
When done, click OK, Apply, OK.

NOTE: Before you make any changes , write down the currently-displayed
settings so it won't become irreversible.
