How do I make text automatically repeat on other pages?

I have some letters that need to be sent to a number of people. When I change
the person I am addressing ie. Dear Mr Healey, I want this name to appear
automatically on another page and for it to change when I change the name I'm
sending the letter to. How do I create this?
