How do i make outlook send/receive yahoo emails

I have a yahoo account, and i want to read, write and manage my emails using
outlook 2003. I have set up my account correctly in the account wizard, but
when i click the send/receive button, it gives me error messages every time.
i have many books about using outlook, but non of them helped me, i have
asked my friends and they don`t know. What did i do wrong and what do i have
to do to solve this problem?

Did you pay Yahoo for POP support? You have to, if you don't want to use the
Yahoo interface but use POP in Outlook. There are several free utilities
that purport to let you do this without paying yahoo, but I've never tried
them.
 
Contact Yahoo. They only allow paid accounts to use Outlook.
