I'd like to send emails that automatically start playing music when the user
opens the mail. Does anyone know how I go about doing that using Outlook?

Why don't you ask in an Outlook newsgroup? You are more likely to find an
answer there.

Even if you do this, you have no control over whether the recipient will
hear the music. Users can determine for themselves how they view e-mails and
those who are security conscious will have their mail readers set to view
only plain text (which doesn't support music). Furthermore music tends to
produce very large file sizes. Mailing such large files is going to make you
very unpopular, especially with the majority who are still using dial up
systems. Rethink this!
