How do I make FORMULA TO SOLVE CURVE OR 2ND ORDER EQUATION?

Use LINEST in for =LINEST(y-range, x-range^{1,2}.... if you mean how do you
fit to a second order curve - see my website
If you want to solve a quadratic, let me know.
