How do i mail merge contacts from an existing list?

What version of Outlook are you running and does the contact list just not
appear? Is it the main contact list?
 
I'm using Outlook 2003, the contact list comes up and my contacts appear, but
i'm not sure how to merge the information in one of the contact folders to a
word document.
 
Are you starting the mail merge from Outlook or Word? Starting from Outlook
is much simpler.
