Hi =?Utf-8?B?bXJzbm9ybQ==?=,
I am trying to lock a text box in position on the page. I also need to find
out if there is a way to view a picture and type text in and just have the
text print out.
Word is not able to lock a graphical object to a particular page. Every
graphical object is anchored to a paragraph, and will be on the same page as
that paragraph. You can, however, make sure the graphic stays on the same place
on that page by deactivating "move with text". In the object model, this is
setting the relativehorizonal / vertical position to the page or margin.
And no, there's no way to type text IN a picture (Autoform, I assume) and have
only the text print out. It's either the entirety of all graphical objects, or
no graphical objects. You might, however, be able to superimpose a duplicate of
the original with no lines and a "white" background?
