I have a list of addresses in an excel sheet and want to print al
addresses on separate cards.

One of the colums contains several names: i.e Joe, Carol, Will

I want for each row (= address) where the cell contains "Joe" tha
excel prints joe.jpg (Joe's signature) on the card etc.

How do I do this based on this excel-file?
Can I do it using Excel? Or do I need Word? Or publisher or
combination?

I use Office 97 and publisher 97 but could make use of a newer versio
(2002) if necessary.

TIA!

Sorry, I don't know how to do it in Excel - I found that if you Insert Object (link checked), it won't actually show the image

Now, you CAN set up a table in Access to link to a variety of files by setting up a field as data type OLE Object. Then linking each object (will appear as a filename/path in table format) or image into the table. From there, you can set up a mail merge in Word.

That's all I know. I'm tapped.
