How do I know which of my suggested changes were accepted and which rejected
when I next get the document again?

Here is my specific scenario:

A Word 2003 document is sent to me for review. I turn track changes on,
make the edits I feel are best, and send the file back to the originator.

The originator accepts some changes and rejects the rest, and sends back the
revised file.

I want to know which of my suggested changes were accepted, and which were
rejected.
