How do I know what outlook I have

I want to use the knowlege base for outlook help but I
dont know what year my outlook is I think its 2000 but Im
not sure.

click on the question mark in the menu bar -> then on info -> the version is
shown at the top of the window

Well, Outlook 2003, at any rate, does not have a question mark in the menu
bar.

You can always find the version of a product with Help>About

it has - in the german version :-)
