How do I keep the "Unlock Computer" Dialog box from appearing?

Whenever I return from screensaver, I get a Unlock
Computer" dialog box that asks for my screensaver
password.

This isn't keeping me from doing anything, but it is a
hassle?

Where are the settings to keep my computer from getting
locked in the first place?

Right click on a blank area of the desktop, choose Properties, click
the Screen Saver tab, and uncheck the box for "On resume, password
protect".
