How do I keep colums hidden when pasting

When pasting the result of filtering or hiding colums or rows, the resulting
paste reveals the hidden data. How do I paste only the visible data?
 
highlight the region you want press F5-->select special--> select visibale
cells only-->ok-->copy and paste know,,, hiddehn rows and columns are not
going to be copied
