I try to make this simple on my computer. First I click on Outlook Today -
[Personal Folders] and then click on File / New / Folder (Ctrl-Shift-E) and
create a folder to hold my messages from another email address.
I'm going to assume you have already established the second email account.
Now click the Rules Wizard icon, followed by clicking New to insert a new
rule. Start by creating a rule from a template and choose Move Messages
based on Content. Click Next.
Check "through the specified account" and uncheck anything else. In the
rule description list at the bottom you will need to click on the underlined
specified account and choose your second email account. Then click on the
underlined specified folder and choose the new folder you just created.
Now click Next and make certain it has a check beside "move it to the
specified folder" and click Next again.
I usually don't have any exceptions and just click Next again.
Now name the rule and be sure to check "Run this rule now on messages
already in inbox." Leave the check beside "Turn on this rule" and click the
Finish button.
That should do it.
