How do i insert radio buttons in an email

If you mean in an Outlook email message, then I suggest that you go to the
microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms newsgroup to which I have cross
posted this response.

You don't. Outlook's rendering of HTML doesn't support form features like
option buttons.
