G Guest Oct 7, 2004 #2 In Word 2000: Open the Header/Footer View. This should show a specialized Header/Footer menu bar. Go to the place in your footer where you want to insert the path & file name. Select "Insert AutoText" from the menu bar. Select "FileName and Path".
