How do I insert citations from "reference manager" into text

In word 2000, I was able to insert into the text references from the
"Reference Manager" database. This was done from the tools command. I cannot
get this command to come up in office 2003.
Any suggestions?

Did you re-install Reference Manager after installing Word?

Anyhow, see the RefMan site, it has much better support for problems with
