Hi, I'm trying to insert a chemical element symbol into a word document with
its atomic number, and atomic mass. Does anyone know how I get the small
number at the bottom, and the small number at the top?

Subscript and superscript respectively. (Format Font)

This will not permit a subscript and superscript in the same location. That
can be done with an EQ field or (more easily) with the Equation Editor.
