How do I import personal folder files from Outlook 97 to Outlook .

I have a new computer using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro. I was using Outlook 97
on Win 98. I want to import the data in my Outlook 97 to Outlook 2003. How
do I do that?
 
Reading the Help files is the obvious answer and merely pointing to them is
not helpful. I had read the files but was unable to find the subject
addressed. Unfortunuately, help files are not the best organized of
writings, and it would have been really helpful if you had indicated where in
the help files I would find the answer. I have now found the some
information there, so I'll now move on.
