How do I import Hotmail mail to Outlook?

Ask in the body of the message and give enough detail that someone can help
you. Include the version of Outlook, whether or not you were using it to
access Hotmail, what type of Hotmail account you have (free, plus, or
premium), and what you've tried.
 
If you are using Outlook 2003, it very simple.....Just go to
1. Tools
2. Email Accounts
3. Select the Add a new email account option
4. Choose the HTTP option
5. Enter your Name (e.g John Doe), email address, username & password....and
you are done.

Where in any of this is anything referencing "import"? How do you know that
the OP didn't actually mean "import" but instead meant "add a Hotmail
account", which, in my mind, isn't the same thing at all.
