Choose E-mail Accounts from the Tools drop down menu. In
the E-mail Accounts dialog box that opens, check Add a new
e-mail account, click next and follow the instructions.
 
Can't see how this can help! I don't want to set up another account, I want
move my existing old e-mails from Netscape to Outlook.
 
Once the email messages have been imported into the in box, delete the new
acct.

OK, I set up a new account but there was no option to import my messages - I
didn't think there would be! Perhaps this is because I want to import from a
Netscape account with the same e-mail account name as my outlook account
