How do I hi-lite row and column intersection?

There is probably a very simple answer to this question, but I've yet to find it. When in an Excel 2002 spreadsheet, is it possible to have the row and column automatically hi-lite as I move the selected cell? For example, if I'm in cell D24, the D is a darker color, as well as the 24, but I want the entire row, from D to A hi-lited as well as from 24 to 1. 22Rx4C. Just the one column and the one row, not Can this be done?
