How do I have a textbox autorepeat on pages without copy/pasting?

I have a text box placed outside the right margin in my document. It
contains vertical text and runs the length of the page. I want word to
automatically insert the textbox in the same are of the page on every single
page within the document. How do I do this?
 
A text box anchored to the header will repeat on every page, but the content
will be the same. If you're trying to have an empty text box that will
accept variable content, this method will not work.
