HOW DO I HAVE A CELL DISPLAY INFORMATION BASED ON 2 OTHER CELLS

I WANT A TARGET CELL TO DISPLAY A RESULT WHICH COULD COME FROM FROM ONE OF
SEVERAL OTHER POSSIBLE CELLS- DEPENDING ON THE DATA IN THOSE CELLS. FOR
EXAMPLE :FOR THE TARGET CELL F9:
IF F6 IS GREATER THAN ZERO USE THE INFO IN F6 BUT IF IT IS 0 OR DOESN'T
HAVE AN ENTRY USE F8....
ANY iDEAS?
