How do I go about creating a manuscript for a book?

I just need some iinformation on how do I go about creating a manuscript for
a book to be publish.

Most publishers would prescribe what your manuscript should look like; they
may even supply you a Word template.

One hint: if you have to make up your own template, ALWAYS use styles and
NEVER use direct formatting. I mean, instead of making the font, say, bold,
define a style that makes the font bold. Then, if you should change publisher
or layout requirement changes, you need only modify the style and switch
'Automatically update styles' on (Tools + Templates and Adddins...' menu
option.
