how do i get updated email stationary for windows 98

my stationary for my email mail outgoing is as old grannys cooking, i keep
trying to get it updated, but it sends me site to site, and get no-where.
 
As far as I know, Microsoft has never offered updates for stationery. Most
tend to search the internet for Outlook Express stationery to come away with
something fun to use.
