How do I get the MS03-026 update

I have been trying too download this update for the new
virus that is infecting computers as of yet my computer
is not afected but I was told I need this update to keep
from getting infected when I go to get it from windows
update it tells me that it is not available and I have
not updated my software please give me some ideas on how
to get this important update
