How do I get sound warning for Caps Lock

You can make Windows generate an audible beep when you turn on/off
CapsLock, NumLock, and ScrollLock by clicking on Start | Control Panel |
Accessibility Options | Keyboard | check the "Use ToggleKeys" box | OK.
