How do i get rid of them?

I have trie the suggested sources for pop up ads...and
none of them are in my computer. How do i figure out which
file i delete to get rid of these darn pop ups??

Get an ad remover program like "Adware Plus" by Lavasoft

it removes all that crap that produces the pop-ups..You
can also download a free pop-up killer from Freesurf

Disable Messenger service in admin tools,get a
firewall,download and run spybot search and destroy,get a
popup blocker at www.panicware.com this will help
