You've mistakenly posted your question in the Microsoft Access (the database
application that's part of MS Office Professional) newsgroup. Please post
your question in a more appropriate newsgroup.
First, this is an Access database newsgroup, you may get better answers in a
Word group. If you turn off Paragraph formatting in your Word email editor,
or stop using Word as an editor, the problem will be solved. To turn it of,
go to Tools ... Options ... View and uncheck Paragraph marks, or just turn
it off on Word's toolbar.
