how do i get rid of spy axe

Hi,

I'm one of those dumb people who did not know what spyaxe was and
actually purchased too. What are the consequences of that? Furthermore,
I was wondering how to get rid of it from my computer. I am computer
illiterate so I'm pretty much going to need step by step instructions.
Please help me....as I am worried that they are off using my credit
card now...
