how do i get rid of junk toolbars on internet explorer?

My wife and I have down loaded two toolbars for the internet explorer that I would like to get rid of. 1st is called spidar search and the second is pro-searching. I can not find them in my programs file to get rid of and they keep coming back, what do i do??
