How do I get rid of hyperlink warning in Access

I have a database with hyperlinked operating instructions. How do I get rid
of that red screw warning that hyperlinks may be harmful to computer/data?
This is SO annoying to all the database users!

That warnign comes from the settings in Internet Explorer, not from Access.
Make the locations "trusted sites" or lower the security setting.
 
Actually, I just found the solution. Changing the security settings doesn't
affect this.
