Mr Frustration

My problem is those annoying toolbars that get added to
your internet browser. For example the google search bar.
Things like those. I downloaded a piece of freeware and
it ended up installing an internet toolbar for "my search
now". I cant get rid of it. I removed the software that
it came with but still no luck. It registers under the
name of "rjqqteebrcr" when i right click on my toolbars
in IE. Please someone help me get rid of this intrusive
annoyance.

Im running IE 6.0 Service pack 1 on Win XP

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
My thanks in advance

Hi,

Get ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k

ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely.

Additionally, run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). Update Ad-Aware
before scanning
