How do I get rid of a pop up ever time I create a new email?

Has anyone ever received a pop up in Outlook when creating a new email that
reads: "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus
and you should chose no."

I always chose no but I don't have a clue as to how I can get rid of it.
When I run a virus scan, no files come up infected so I don't believe it's a
virus. Anyone have any idea what this may be? I can email a print screen
if needed.

Especially because you're on Outlook 2002.
