How do I get rid of a email stuck in my outbox (103mb in size)

I tried to send a large Zip file (only upstairs to my sons computer) on the
wireless LAN and it is stuch in my outbox how can I get rid of it when I try
to delete it I get a message that I can't because MS Outlook has already
started to send the message...

That was three days ago!!

Click FIle>Work Offline, stop and restart Outlook, open the Outbox and
delete the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline. Stop and restart.
