How do I get relay server ?

Hi Guys,

How can I get a relay server installed on my pc so that I can send and
receive emails through in asp.net web-application.

That would be an SMTP server, not a "relay server." And it comes with IIS.
IIS is packaged with Windwos 2000 and XP Pro and Server OS's.
