How do I get Outlook to go to websites referenced inside and emai.

Example: I receive an email with request to go to www.cnn.com for the latest
news. I double-click on www.cnn.com inside the email, but nothing happens.

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
