How do I get my sound back for my speakers after plugging USB Head

I plugged USB Headphones in and now I cannot get the sound to come from the desktop speakers. I tried to reset the mixer devices and still get no sound.

In the Sounds applet in Control Panel, under the Audio tab, what device
is selected for playback? And, for the obvious, you did check that the
volume slider wasn't at zero (bottom) and that the mute checkbox wasn't
checked for Wave, CD Audio, or for whatever source you were expecting to
hear sound from, right?
