Roadrunner won't support Outlook.
Outlook 2003 assistance site does not provide info I need, at least, not
that I can find it if it is there....
Have I wasted all this money on Outlook 2003 and Roadrunner?

What is your problem?

Certainly Road Runner has instructions for setting up accounts via Outlook
Express. Set them up exactly the same way in Outlook. Obviously the menus
and menu items are different, but the account settings, like SMTP and POP
servers, username, password, and server authentication are identical.

go online!

pop-server.satx.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.satx.rr.com is the SMTP

you will do it this way and make it whatever your city and state is. EX:
pop-server.nyc.rr.com is the POP3
smtp-server.nyc.rr.com is the SMTP

HERE IS THE EXAMPLE AND FOLLOW IT ACCORDINGLY. YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.
ANOTHER SURE FIRE WAY IT WILL BE RESOLVED IS KEEP CALLING THE ISP THAT YOU
ARE PAYING FOR AND GET A TIER 3 TECHNICIAN:

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO ENTER THE SMTP IN WINDOWS MAIL:

FIRST GO TO ADD ACCOUNT AND THEN....

you will CHANGE the city and/or state to yours:

EX:

pop-server.____________.rr.com is the POP3 (INCOMING MAIL)
smtp-server.___________.rr.com is the SMTP (OUTGOING MAIL)
