How do I get my replies to save in Sent Folder for ALL mess...

When I reply to a message, a copy is forwarded to my Inbox. I know that when
I am replying, I can click on Options and change this to my Sent Items
Folder. How can I set this as the default, so I do not have to change the
setting each time I reply?

You need to post your version of Outlook. Look through all the Tools,
Options, Email Settings, Advanced email settings to find Save replies in the
Sent Items folder. More info in Help under Save messages.
