You're asking in the wrong place. The Microsoft webpage can be confusing -
this forum is for the database software Microsoft Access, not for general
computer questions.
The way that you get your email depends on how your email provider chose to
offer it. There are tens of thousands of different email servers; they don't
all work the same way. From the address you posted it appears that you may be
using Hotmail (there's no blank in the name); you'll need to go to www.hotmail.com and get help there. If your email is actually from some other
provider, you'll need to ask them.
