How do i get my flags (follow-ups) to appear in the reminders box?

I am sure my flags (follow-ups) used to appear in the reminders box, but now
only calendar and tasks appear in the reminders box.
 
For Outlook 2003 it does this only for items in the default folders. Outlook
2007 will do this for any folder.
