When I reply to an email or create a new one I have to manually enter my
email address. Does anyone know how I can fix this??

FYI - We use Exchange

You don't have to specify the From field on each and every message. You only
have to supply this when you want to send a message on behalf of someone
else.

Thanks for the info so far, but that doesn't exactly solve my problem.

Normally for me in the past I don't even see a From line, but in the last
couple of day something has happened and it won't allow me to send an email
without entering the information.

I do have access to other mailboxes, so I do occasionally send emails in
their behalf. Mostly though I send emails from my own mailbox.

What happens when you try? Any error message?
Is your own mailbox set as the primary mailbox in your Exchange account
configuration?
Which version of Outlook are we talking about here?

How do I check to see if my mailbox is set as the primary mailbox?
We use Outlook2003

Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> button Next.
Double click on the Exchange account to see which name is set as the
default. If it is your own, then there is no need to specify the From field.
If you do need to set this in order to send, then there is something wrong
with your account. You'll have to ask your mail admin to check the security
settings for your account on the Exchange server.

Ok, sounds good!

Thanks for all your help!
