How do I get my downloaded media clips to play in a sent email?

I downloaded some media clips and inserted them into my presentation. The
presentation plays beautifully on my home computer, but when I emailed it -
the downloaded music did not play. I would like to know how I can redirect
the connection(from the media clips) from my C drive to within the
presentation or what I have to do so that the downloaded clips will play in a
sent email or saved on a disk.
