i deleted my paper and i need to know how to get it back.

You're asking in the wrong place. This is a newsgroup for the database
software Microsoft Access - not for general computer support.
That said... if you're VERY lucky, just check the "recycle bin". It should be
on your desktop, and will keep copies of deleted files.
If you have turned off your recycle bin, or held down the Shift key while
deleting, or certain other things happened... you may be able to get a disk
salvage company to restore your file. You'll need to remove the disk from the
PC (or have it removed by a professional, if you're prudent), shipped to the
company, and in a week or so you'll get it back. Prepare to spend $300 just to
have them look at the disk, though.
Telling the teacher "my computer ate my paper" will probably not work any
better than my telling my teacher "the dog ate my paper" back in 1958
though...
Good luck. Hope it's in the recycle bin and that you get it in without
