I am trying to set options in 2007 so that I can reply with my company name
eg. (e-mail address removed) instead of haveing my personal email with my
server extension. Can someone give me instructions on how to do this.

First, add your company email account details to Outlook under Tools/Account
Settings.

Then, when replying to an email use the Account button (located under the
Send button) to select this account for sending the mail through.

Tools | account Settings .. select the account then click Change ... change
the email address in User information.
Or add your company account and reply using that account.

This may be silly, but it isn't clear from your message that you
actually HAVE the company name E-mail address. Do you own the domain
name? I.E., if your company is Mike's Hardware, do you own the
website mikeshardware.com, with E-mail addresses set up?

If not, you have to register the domain name ($/yr) and sign up for
hosting services ($/yr) that include E-mail. THEN you can set up that
E-mail address in Outlook.
